Went to this store last night to change a ring size . The ring I had purchased for My Wife was just a little extra I had bought for her, among other Gifts for our Silver Wedding Anniversary, so it wasn't an expensive one. However , we were treated as if we had bought a very expensive Item of Jewellery! Zlada greeted us & was extremely welcoming & Professional & friendly, alongside the Lady who was being trained. We were offered hot or Alcoholic drinks, which was a lovely idea. My wife's ring was quickly changed to the correct size. The Decor & design inside this store is also very nice & plush . . Would recommend for Purchasing & customer service .

Visited the MK store today, bit of an impulse buy, served by Liz/Lyn (sorry can’t remember the name). My husband is diabetic and the staff took great care in providing him with biscuits and a drink when he felt a bit poorly. We purchased a beautiful Breitling watch for my husband. Nothing was too much trouble, bracelet was adjusted to fit, and Liz/Lyn was exceptional, really genuine, an absolute delight. Thanks to the staff member who gifted a tin of very lovely biscuits to my husband, a really nice touch.
